Regulations on reviewing the papers submitted to the journal
1. All research papers received by the Editorial Board, subject to the obligatory one-sided "blind" peer review.
2. Editorial Board sets the line profile of the journal article, the requirements for registration and directs it to the first review of the executive secretary of the magazine, which defines the scientific value of the manuscript and assigns a reviewer - specialist with the scientific specialization in the presented article (for interdisciplinary articles appointed 2 or more reviewers).
3. Reviewed articles in the specialty by the members of the editorial board or external reviewers - the leading specialists in the field of medicine.
4. Term review - 2 weeks. Depending on the situation, and at the request of the reviewer may be extended.
5. The reviewer makes its opinion on the future of the article: article recommended for publication a) in its present form; b) taking into account the correction reviewer noted deficiencies; c) the transfer of the article for additional review other specialists; d) reject the publication.
6. Reviewers confidential. Reviewers are notified that they sent the manuscript are the private property of the authors and are reportedly not subject to disclosure. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of articles for their needs. Author peer-reviewed articles can review the text of the review. Breach of confidentiality is only possible if the application reviewer consent to inform the author's name.
7. If the review with recommendations for improvements and bugfixes articles, secretary of the magazine to the authors of the text of the review with a proposal to take into account when preparing a new version of an article or arguments (partially or completely) to refute them. Modified author of the article re-routed for review.
8. If the author and the reviewer any insoluble contradictions regarding article, the editorial board has the right to send the article to another reviewer. In conflict situations, the decision is made the chief editor.
9. Article not recommended by reviewer for publication, to reconsider is not accepted. Reporting negative review sent to the author by e-mail, fax or regular mail.
10. After the adoption of the Editorial Board of the decision on the admission of an article for publication editorial secretary shall inform the author and notes the date of publication.
11. The presence of positive reviews is not a sufficient basis for the publication of the article. The final decision on whether to publish a collective decision taken on the basis of the editorial board of the validity of the work and compliance with its theme of the magazine. In conflict situations, the decision is made the chief editor.
12. Originals reviews are stored in the magazine for five years.
