Synthesis and chemical transformations based on 3α,7β-dihydroxy-5β-cholanic acid

The paper presents the results of studying the behavior of 3α,7β-dihy-droxy-5β-cholanic acid, under conditions of reactions of a different nature, modifying structures, in order to obtain previously unknown derivatives of cholanic acids, which are potential biologically active compounds.
