Study of the physico-chemical parameters of the interaction of acetophenone oxime with the iron surface

As part of the research on the inhibitory properties of ketoximes, studies were conducted to establish the mechanism of interaction of the most effective corrosion inhibitor, oxime acetophenone oxime. To establish the mechanism, the corrosion rate was measured using the carbon steel cathode and anode polarization (PDP) method, impedance, and the molecular dynamics method. As part of the work, it was established that the interaction of acetophenone oxime consists in physical and chemical interaction with the surface of iron.
