Limitations and restrictions of Russian organizations development in modern conditions

Government measures have a limited impact on the economy. The economic policies may be unproductive, since it does not allow all the measures to address the structural constraints of economic growth. A methodical approach was developed to evaluate the impact of combined short-term and medium-term factors effect on the dynamics of the key industries and the economy as a whole. Ranking by degree of influence on one or another branch of the main factors (short-term or medium-term) allows to determine the implication policy.
