Analysis of effectiveness for one-channel financial system of medical institutions(based on the example of Tomsk Oblast)

The article analyses financial and economic results of medical institutions in Tomsk Oblastconducting their activity under conditions of one-channel financing. It is indicated that an absolutemajority of medical institutions (50 out of 57) have both stable financial situation and financial resourcesfor their development.
