Investment climate in Russia through the capital inflow and outflow
This article is dedicated to analyze of theinvestment climate in Russia in terms of changes trends in the scale of the capital inflow and outflow.The authors pay attention to the fact that the investment environment is the foundation for economicgrowth and directly affects to the behavior of domestic and foreign investors. This article gives conclusionabout contradictions of the investment climate in our country that has led to emergence and consolidationof the situation of the net capital outflow in recent years.
