The article is concernedwith the role and place of the service men in agrarian developing of Tomsk uyezd in the first quarterof the XVIII century, the profile structure of the service population in the villages of Podgorny, Spassky and Chulimsky camps. TO THE PROBLEM OF THE STATE RESETTLEMENT POLICYDURING THE SECOND HALF OF THE 19TH CENTURY. Problems connected with the state measuresin the sphere of the resettlement policy behind the Urals and in Siberia during the second half of the 19th century, such as the legal basis, political and economic factors affecting the resettlement and the social complement of settlers is considered in the article. A special attention has been paid to the resettlement in Enisey province, the correlation in the number of new settlers and old residents and their relations. Andreev V.P. RESETTABLE SETTLEMENTS OF KOLYONSKAYA VOLOST: OCCURRENCEAND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (THE BEGINNING OF 20TH CENTURY). Resettablesettlements in Mariinsk district became a dominant kind of settlements in 1911. There were 7 of them in Kolyonskaya volost. There are a lot of lists of the peasant-settlers who were subject to settlement in the StateArchives of Tomsk region. Few of them had necessary means for acquisition on a new place. Resettlementmodified peasant strategy of the survival. There was a fatal dependence of results of work from climaticconditions. The provision with land was larger than in European Russia. Three or four years later new settlers were compared with a great bulk of resettlable farms. But the level of their economic solvency was smaller than old residents had.
