The participation of barristers of the Urals, Siberia and Far East in antibolsheviks political and public activities (1918-1922)

We study the problem of the participation of barristers (advocates) the activities of the anti-Bolshevik regimes on the territory of Ural, Siberia and Far East in conditions of Civil war. Have saved the legal framework and the structure of the bodies of state power of the Russian Empire with only minor changes. So the governors became by the County commissioners. Noted that the coming to power of a new layer of the political elite, which was not biased. We are talking about lawyers (barristers - S.Z.). Being in a significant numerical minority among the population of the country, they were able to occupy important posts in the public and land management. Training they have received on the legal departments of Russian universities. In a situation of acute shortage of barristers «went in the power». It is difficult to say how successful was this trip, for the anti-bolshevik government lasted only a short time and at their figures do not have the time myself worthy of the show.
