Robust control of queueing system

The problem of synthesizing a state management system for a single-channel Markov queuing system with the Poisson law of receipt of applications, the exponential law of processing applications, and a limited number of applications in the system is solved. It is assumed that the intensity of applications and the processing intensity of applications is unknown and may change during the operation of the system. The control synthesis algorithm in the form of feedback is described. The rationale for the asymptotic stability and robustness of a feedback system is given. The simulation results are given.
