Robust control of financial assets with stochastic volatility under transaction costs.
The robust state-space investment portfolio model with transaction costs and portfolio constraints is presented. The prices of risky financial assets are described by the stochastic difference equations with stochastic volatility. The investment portfolio management problem is formulated as a tracking task for some reference portfolio with desired return. We obtain model predictive control feedback strategies under constraints.
