Crossroad simulation model with the two-phase traffic signal control

One considers the problem of finding the optimal mode of traffic signal control at the crossroad while managing the traffic flow with given intensities. Simulation is chosen as a research method. Feature of the model is the explicit allocation of left turns from all possible directions at the crossroad, associated with the necessity to give way to cars traveling in opposite direction.
