The specificity of functioning of Anglo-American loan words in combination with semantic loan-translation and native Spanish vocabulary

The article is devoted to the analysis of the functioning of the Anglo-American lexical borrowing in combination with semantic loan-translation and native words in a situation monolingualism (Spain) and bilingualism (USA). The study found the prevalence of lexical borrowing in relation to the semantic counterparts in the Spanish language in United States and in Spain. However, their proportional relationship within each language formation is differently.
