Lexical means of objectification of the concept Child's features in the modern English language

The article discloses the content of the notion "artistic concept", that is given on the basis of definitions suggested by Russian and foreign linguists. Despite of the fact that there are a lot of works devoted to the description of different concepts and their aspects, there are a lot of questions connected with unsolved methodology of conceptual features description in fiction, different interpretations of approaches to the study of ways of artistic concepts' representation among researchers. The main attention in this article is paid to the language means description of the artistic concept CHILD on the basis of books about Harry Potter by famous English writer J.K. Rowling. Concept is described by means of its conceptual features through the analysis of figurative and evaluating layer. Figurative layer is analyzed with the help of visual and auditory perception. Evaluating layer represents the combination of emotional, esthetic and utilitarian evaluation.
