Formation of the discourse-conceptual lexicon of “Management Theory” for students of East and South-East Asia (On the example of Chinese students)

The article is investigates the problem of methodological and methodical approach to the formation of the discourse-conceptual lexicon “Management Theory” for Chinese students. Development of professional competencies in economic disciplines, such as: know, own, organize, lead, manage, predict, plan, evaluate. An important methodological basis for the successful conduct of training sessions and intercultural communication between the teacher and students is the planned organization of the educational process, which is expressed in the additional study of history, literature, art, ethics, aesthetics, culture, language, philosophy, psychology, religion, traditions, spiritual and moral basis, politics, economics, social relations. Additional knowledge allows avoiding or smoothing intercultural conflicts, which can cause negative attitude of students towards the teacher and vice versa. All this will negatively affect the learning process and, in particular, the formation of discourse-conceptual vocabulary in economic disciplines. Knowledge of the psychological features of Chinese students in the new Russian living and teaching environment will allow the teacher to form a tolerant attitude and to extinguish the origins of conflicts from the beginning to the end of the learning process. The method of forming discourse-conceptual vocabulary on “Management Theory” for Chinese students largely depends on the teacher's creative approach to the teaching process. It is necessary to use both active and interactive methods of speech-based learning for oral translation and consolidation the vocabulary of Russian words for students in economic disciplines. The search and improvement of technological teaching methods for students from East and South-East Asia is for the teacher the main tool for achieving a level of quality of knowledge for Chinese students and the Russian language and the formation of the discourse-conceptual lexicon “Management Theory”.
