«Spanglish» as a phenomenon of linguistic intercultural communication
The present article is based on a number of recent publications in Spain and the USAconcerning «Spanglish» as a phenomenon of mass penetration of the English language into thespeech of Spanish-speaking immigrants in the USA as well as examines the main features of thisphenomenon against the background of Anglicisms in the English language.
