European cooperation in building a multilingual and multicultural society
The activity of the international organizations of the Counsil of Europe and European Union intended to build a multilingual and multicultural society in Europe is viewed. The most effective ways ofd providing language teaching aimed at resulting in stable individual multilinguism are discussed.
