European language portfolio as a means of assessment and self-assessment of students' knowledge in a foreign language
Developing a multilingual personality has become a determining point in the work of the Council of Europe aimed at crating the tools which can help language teachers to solve the set objective. One of the most important means used at the stage of assessment is European language portfolio.
