Linguistic education in the context of studying the phenomenon of interethnic communication

Development of the international communication conception in the linguistic education leads to the necessity of studying interethnic communication as a phenomenon of peoples activity which contributes to the promotion and enhancement of the cultural forms and ways of interaction upgrading their level as intercultural and enabling to speak about intercul-tural communication. The notion of interethnic communication has a methodological sense for working out the modern content of linguistic education. Actualization of this concept in the linguistic education enables to make connections between culture codes, forms of interaction and spiritual processes accompanying them; mechanisms of cultural identification, educational and professional programs of linguistic training. Existence of people in the world of spiritual and material values is connected with the creation of a great number of ethic cultural models of their social environment. The most stable, stereotyped ethnic cultural models are those which are functionally represented in communicative situations. Communicative space of ethnic groups exists as the world of sign and information processes possessing the codes which belong to them, peculiarities of text coding and decoding functioning in the cultural historic context. For the full comprehension of the foreign text which is achieved in the process of teaching a foreign language, it is important to make a connection in the historic development of the language, culture, behavior and activity of the representatives of the ethnic group. The language in the process of the linguistic education should be considered not a separately taken system influencing the personality but as a system of connection between the interactive representatives of the historic process in the context of the particular peculiarity of the social cultural conditions of the activity and lifestyle of the ethnic group. In the process of the linguistic education it is important not only to provide a learner with the service of teaching the language as a sign system but also to contribute to the understanding of the language as the ethnic cultural code, development of the ability of the "perception" of the ethnic world culture.
