The concept «la lutte» in the French customs discourse
This article examines the discursive features of the concept of la lutte (struggle) and the structures formed with it in texts of the French-language customs press. The relevance of this study is prover by the growing interest to the customs sphere as well as the fact that linguistic characteristics of the texts of its corporate press, including French press, are insufficiently studied. The paper analyzes the characteristics of origin of the noun "concept", shows examples of its interpretation. It reveals that the notion of concept, as one of the basic notions of cultural linguistics, is the center of attention of modern researchers who focus their attention on the linguistic versatility of the above mentioned notion. The notion of "concept" is analyzed on the example of foreign language discourses. The article considers its varieties, significant factors for the present study, including the discursive classification of concepts. The reason for choosing of the concept of "struggle" as a subject of the research is the frequency of its use in French-language texts of the customs service, as well as in Russian-language customs documents, the works of Russian researchers analyzing aspects of struggle of the customs service. The article provides examples of the use of the concept of "la lutte" and the expressions formed with it in the French-language customs texts. It is revealed that the concept under study is part of the structures with components, the semantics of which reflects the key concepts of customs discourse with negative connotations. The research allows to draw a conclusion that by concentrating the attention of society on the essence and peculiarities of the customs sphere, its ability to resist negative phenomena, the concept of "la lutte" forms the customs discourse arising on the basis of the texts of the customs issues, and thus the concept can reasonably be interpreted as the significant characteristic of this discourse.
