Psychological and Pedagogical Basis of the Model Forming a Professional Personal Position of a Student-Psychologist at a University

The article is devoted to understanding the problem of the formation of the professional and personal position of a student psychologist at a university in Russia and abroad. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature showed that the process of formation of professional and personal position of a student psychologist at a University is formal, which limits the possibility of his professional self-identification. The article highlights the practical possibilities of modeling the process of formation of professional and personal position on the basis of a conceptual model. The authors proceed from the assumption that the formation of a professional and personal position of a student psychologist at a university will be successful under the stipulation that a pedagogical model based on the unity of the principles of integrity, consistency, and student-centered orientation is implemented. The article gives a brief description of the essence of the interconnected methodological approaches of the systemic, contextual, competency-based, personality-oriented, axiological and relationship concepts by V.N. Myasishchev, allowing to investigate the process of formation of the professional and personal position of a student psychologist at a University in the system of relations of the personality of the future professional to himself, to people, to professional activities. The article grounds the achievement of the research goal in the presence of certain pedagogical conditions, such as: taking into account the personal characteristics of student psychologists; subject-subject interaction of a teacher and a bachelor - psychologists in the formation of a professional-personal position; stage-by-stage formation of a professional-personal position on the basis of a systemic, contextual, personality-oriented, competency-based, axiological approach.
