Stylistic Characteristics of the Linguosemiotic Model of the Prophetic Text in Synodal Bible

The article presents a brief analysis of the stylistic characteristics of the linguosemiotic model of the prophetic biblical text. A big problem for the prophetic text interpretation is its symbolic-metaphorical structure with a large number of forms, themes, and types. The metaphorical boundaries are fuzzy, resulting in difficulties in recognizing the literal and figurative meaning of text fragments. The language study of the Sacred Texts in a sense forms the basis of linguistics, many linguistic theories and directions originate from it. At different times, scholars from different fields have turned to religious discourse in one way or another. However, despite the apparent multiplicity of works, the degree of the problem development remains low. The prophetic text, as a special genre of religious discourse, is a complex sign of a cognitive nature. Its meaning is constructed in semiosis (processes of meaning and designation in a dialogue mode), discourse, in communication, encoded and decoded according to special rules. Its meaning is integratively interpreted as an address based on perception and understanding of form / meaning through conceptualization and categorization due to the ethnocultural and linguistic characteristics of the individual. The study analyzes stylistic means such as parallelism, repetition, comparison, and metaphors. Particular attention in this work is paid to metaphoricity, as opposed to the opinion of some researchers that in the biblical discourse there is no metaphoricity inherent, for example, in the Quranic texts. Prophecy is presented as a complex semiotic sign, of which a metaphor is an integral part. A prophetic text can be considered as a sign of a special type, the phenomenology of which is determined in linguosemiotic analysis, in the integral of its value teleology, linguistic means of representation, and effectiveness in semiosis. Disclosure of the essence of the material under study allows the development of theoretical methods of analysis / interpretation / decoding of discourse construction mechanisms, methods of verbal construction of reality, etc.
