Features of Chinese students in the context of the regional-ethnic approach (national character, moral education, philosophy of China) in study of Russian language
This work is devoted to the problem of speaking in Russian by Chinese students in non-linguistic universities in China in the context of a regional-ethnic approach. The concept of “regional-ethnic approach to foreign language education” was introduced into the terminological field of linguodidactics by G.M. Parnikova. In this work, we will rely on the concept of this researcher. The purpose of our study, aimed at finding ways to optimize the process of teaching the Russian language, in our case, speaking in Russian, for Chinese students in non-linguistic universities in China. National character - these are stable features characteristic of members of a particular national (ethnic) community, features of the perception of the world, motives of actions (ideas, interests, religion). The main channel of transmission from generation to generation of a nationally specific mentality is moral education. The most common educational tools in China are proverbs and sayings. An important factor that determines the peculiarities of the worldview as the core of the national character and mentality of the people of China is Chinese philosophy. Analyzing the peculiarities of the national character, Chinese proverbs, sayings and philosophy, let us highlight the main methodological approaches to teaching Russian to Chinese students. Our conclusion: these approaches allow us to identify the defining principles of teaching Chinese students oral Russian speech in the context of the regional-ethnic approach.
