Eufemia as a part of policy of de-institutionalization of childhood
Deinstitutionalization of the childhood is a reduction of boarding schools, the number of their pupils, democratization of conditions of socialization at the expense of inclusion. In the communicative sphere inclusion is expressed by means of a speech step: the tabooed words and expressions, euphemia, "politically correct" neologisms. Having fixed the elimination and renaming of the institutions in the regions of the country, the author tried to find out whether structural changes in the segment of the closed children's education and upbringing were continuation of inclusive social and educational policies. If "Yes", then the tolerance to the previously excluded, rejected, alienated groups due to the democratization of society should be expressed in expanding the scope of their social participation and in the growth of "political correctness" of names in communicative sphere. However, statistical analysis of the frequency of liquidations and character of renames of orphanages in Russia in 2015 shows that the very communicative intention of renaming is in direct conflict with the goal of overcoming exclusion or it does not correspond at all. So both processes are not so much part of the ideological fight against exclusion, as the self-preservation response of educational system in the form of social mimicry.
