FRG citizenship in the context of European law
The article examines some constitutional norms of legislation of the Federative Republic of Germany regulating the citizenship institution. While examining the above institution in the context of European Law the author analyses the present -day changes in the European Union legislation. The problem of correlation of such constitutional legal categories as "a German citizen", " a German" and " a European citizen" is paid much attention to.
