Constitutional legal status and development prospects for Russian Prosecutor's Office
The article deals with the analysis of the presidential draft law on the amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation "On the Supreme court of the Russian Federation and the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation'. The author attempts to determine the constitutional position of the Prosecutor's Office in the system of state power, substantiates the necessity of making amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation connected with the correction of constitutional provisions on the Prosecutor's Office. It is the author's opinion that the proposed amendments are of constitutional significance and are intended to promote national security.
