The concept of labor quality in private law

Private law in Russia was often identified with Civil law. It regulates contractual and other obligations, property relations and connected with them personal non property ones which are based on equality, autonomy of will and property independence of their participants. Labor and labor activity taken as a system presupposes a complex combination of personal and property elements. Under market conditions the property interest becomes the most important factor to start labor relations and ensure the quality of the process of labor and its results as well as to regulate the sphere of distribution of the manufactured product. It's important to understand the quality of labor as the system of elements reflecting an exact, timely and initiative carrying out of work put on the employee by the employer. As labor exists both across space and time as well as within the frame of rigid subordination and coordination, it can be formed as a definite scheme which objectively has its own formula. The present article proposes the set of formulae for determination of the labor quality of a separate worker and a basic labor collective. Both positive and negative assessments proposed for the determination of labor quality in a workforce are quite understandable. Indeed, not all aspects for labor quality can be formalized and reflected in mathematical logic. But any system is characterized by some explainable common factors. Its content is always manifested by the existence of definite elements- constituent parts of an alleged formula, in their interrelationship and relationship with a foreseeable environment. Hence, a well-constructed formula of the quality labor system in the organization encourages its studying and, perhaps, its development taking into account the objective reality under which it exists or will exist in the future. Any study and its results can and must be formalized. If this fails at a definite stage of research this means that it is not complete and its subject matter has not been sufficiently learnt. It's always useful as a reason for further research. Such a result has its value and objectively becomes the basis for scientific interests and thus the guarantee for further cognition and formalization of gained knowledge.
