Penitentiary supervision of the Prosecutor's Office

For example, the partitipation of the prosector in the ^^idemt^ and solution of problems rannetied with the exection of sente^es: a diminal proGedural atiivity in the TOurse of a trial in the form of CTiminal prosection at the stage of the exection of a sentence. A prosector can take part in appealing the atiivities of the administrations of correctional institutions and in tivil procedure to ensure legality. The human rights atiivities of the prosector intiude their supervision over the legal position of those serving the penitentiary measures. The penitentiary supervision ranstitutes a separate line of the prosector's supervision over the law enforcement by the authorities of correctional institutions involved in the administration of both CTiminal punishment and rampulsory measures imposed by the ^url, the authorities of the p^es for holding detained persons and misdemeanant prisoners.
