Some issues of improvement and harmonization of the national legislation of the States - participants CIS in the field of classification of organizations for terrorist and extremist
The subject is normative legal regulation in the field of classification of organizations for terrorist and extremist in the States - participants of CIS. The aim is to improve and harmonize the legal and regulatory framework of the States - participants CIS in the field of classification of organizations for terrorist and extremist. The article considers scientific and applied, law enforcement, legislative and judicial experience, promote optimization of regulatory legal base in the sphere of fight against extremist and terrorist organizations and making specific organizational and legal measures aimed at reducing extremist and terrorist activity. Methodology (method): used the basic provisions of the theory of knowledge, based on dialectical methodology, as well as theoretical (comparison, analysis and synthesis, analogy) and empirical (the study and generalization of practical experience and review of the literature) research methods. Also to achieve the purpose of the study and the tasks used dialectical, formal legal, comparative legal, specific methods of scientific research. Formulated by the author, the legal approach is the assignment of organizations to the terrorist and extremist in the future will allow to create favorable conditions for resolving the many complex issues related to productive inter-state interaction, in particular concerning the organization of extradition, joint operations of state bodies in combating extremism and terrorism, including in the field of prevention.
