The legal basis of the protectorate Uriankhayskiy region from the Russian Empire in the early XX century
Protectorate, as an institution of interstate relations in the history of state and law, in international law, on the part of research is still a keen interest, due to the fact that many historians, anthropologists, legal scholars and political scientists, the concept of protectorate associated with the colonization of the state. With the subjugation of peoples and the political, economic dependence of one state by another. In fact, protectorate is perceived by modern society as a dependency of one state by another, and no more, although protectorate is a more complex phenomenon of our society, and to understand the overall political system and the nature of relations between States, we consider protectorate from the Russian Empire against Uriankhayskiy region. In the study of protectorate the Russian Empire against Uriankhayskiy region must take into account many other factors that were not investigated earlier. Namely, in the beginning of XX century the political situation on the territory of Central Asia was quite difficult, all neighbouring States Uri-ankhayskiy region sought to take control of the land called Tuva or Uriankhayskiy edge. In Uriankhay-skiy region, there was no state government, no armed forces, professional officials of the Tuvan people were in a difficult financial situation. Tuva was divided into numerous districts, which ruled the Northern lords (feudal lords), but they have real power over the entire territory of Tuva had. So Uriankhay-skiy region was in political and economic isolation and could not really influence developed neigh bouring States. The government of the Russian Empire, realizing the political significance of the protectorate in relation to Uriankhayskiy region the Minister of foreign Affairs S. D.
