Features of passing criminal punishment on juvenile offenders

Some issues relating to the peculiarities of passing criminal punishment onjuvenile offenders are under consideration in the present article. It contains the analysis of the lawenforcement practices when courts while sentencing young offenders should take into account thecircumstances which are subject to examination and consideration provided by the current edition ofPart I, Article 89 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
