On actual content of prosecutors supervision

Prosecutorssupervision is an independent legal phenomenon which differs from other legal control activities.The content of it is zakonnost (legality). It is the aim, approach and the principle of prosecutorsactivity. The whole prosecutors supervision is subdivided into separate branches the criteria of whichare the subject and limits of supervision. There are three main limits of supervision: the range of supervisedagents, acts and legal relations. Prosecutors human rights protection depends on prosecutorssupervision and exists in different forms. It constitutes both a separate branch within the frame ofprosecutors supervision and separate directions within the frame of other branches. As no branch ofprosecutors supervision can be considered a determinative one under current legal regulation, thecontent of prosecutors activity within the frame of each branch is determined separately.
