Classification of developed plots

The article states differentgrounds for the classification of developed lands having legal significance for understanding thespecificity of the legal regime of appropriate types of lands. The author pays special attention to thetypes of developed plots depending on the legal status of a built object; on the legality and character ofthe development; on the location of a human made object of real estate with regard to the land surface,on the configuration of developed lands.
