Resocialization of citizens convicted without isolation from society and the activity of criminal enforcement inspections over the prevention of crimes
It is substantiated in the article that criminal enforcement inspections have their definite role in in providing social assistance, support and protection to citizens convicted without isolation from society but it would be wrong to believe that criminal enforcement inspections are the only bodies called to solve the task of resocialization of those convicted without isolation from society. Criminal enforcement inspections can only promote the assistance to the convict by means of tackling their tasks: execution of some kinds of punishment without isolation from society; control over the behavior of those who serve a suspended sentence or have respite of a penalty; prevention of crimes and other offences by those who are on the records.
