Legal regulation of labor quality in the organizations of the West Siberian region (the results of the sociological research)

The article presents the results of a sociological research, carried out at industrial enterprises of Kemerovo and Novosibirsk regions and the Altay territory. The survey of employees showed how precisely they observed technological norms. The results of the analysis confirms the need of legal regulation of different kinds and procedure of labor quality control, of the system of bodies and office holders having powers to exercise control on the local level.
