Some problems of initial impossibility to perform obligations in the uniform law
The article deals with the determination of legal consequences of initial impossibility to perform obligations in such Acts of the uniform law as the Principles of International Commercial Contracts UNIDRUA 2010, the Principles of European Contract Law 2002 and Model Rules of European Private Law 2009.
