The constitutions of states and International law
Some problems dealing with the correlation between the constitutions of states and rules of International law, the overcoming of all possible collisions between them, the ensuring of interaction of constitutional rules with the universally recognized principles and norms of international law, international treaties including the treaties with the participation of the Russian Federation are under consideration in the present article.
