The models of a dictionary entry of a motivological-comparative dictionary of the three languages are considered from the position of their information and source value. The purpose of the motivological-comparative dictionary is to present motivated, semi-motivated and non-motivated vocabulary as a system as well as to give broad information about motivated lexical units. The structure of an entry consists of the Latin name of a plant with its translation, a plant name and its lexical meaning, the results of the psycholinguistic experiment, a mark of a motivated/ non-motivated lexical unit, motivation and nomination features, phyto-nymic and etymological references. They are necessary for the nomenclature of the name and its denotative correlation. The zone of metalinguistic consciousness statements informs about the motivational form of a word and interprets its motivational meaning. The data of the psycholinguistic experiment give some material for qualification and illustration of remotivation and lexi-calization of the inner form of a word. The referential zone consists of dictionary information and data from botany literature in Russian, English and Czech. The interpretation zone informs about motivated lexical units, which allows analyzing the peculiarities of the inner form of a word, its components, types of motivation, correlation of motivation and nomination features, word motivation influence on different word's components in Russian, English and Czech.
