One approach to constructing a transitive class of block transformations

Let П be an arbitrary finite set, and Q(Q) be the collection of all the binary quasigroups defined on the set П. Denote by EF the map Пп ^ Qn, n E N, that is defined by the network E with one binary operation F on the set П. In this paper, we present a criterion for the bijectivity of all mappings from the class {EF : F E Q(H)} and define conditions for the transitivity of this class.
