Education and Science in Russia
L.R. Graham,Professor of MIT and research worker at Harward Centre for Russia Studies, is studying Russian system of education for more than 50 years. He has published almost 20 books on education in the Soviet Union and in Russia. His interview, on topic of this issue of the journal, given by him to the Russian Council on International Affairs in 2012, is reproduced.
