Groupthink. The brainstorming myth

Factors, influent on a group thinking productivity, are discussed. Two options of a creative group-thinking process, - Osborn's "brainstorming", and "Building - 20" of MIT, - are considered. Experimental results demonstrating high efficacy of the second method are presented.
