A tool for evaluation of a brain-workers team management

Work effectiveness of employees, and especially of white collars, dependson systems of personnel management and of operations organization.The specific feature of brainworkers is that they could work underthe state of inner discharge, or «cognitive turnover», when work effortsare minimal. The model of «cognitive turnover» by E. Jones and C. Chungwas applied to personnel of Tomsk Polytechnic University and of «GaspromTransgasTomsk» enterprise. Such analysis allows to reveal defectsof management and also to suggest corrective measures.
