Changes Management and Demotivationof University Staff

Dynamic changes in the surrounding world require permanent adaptationof all organizations to the new conditions. Change managementgives many good recommendations, but in real life they often are ignoredby the organizations management. Personnel demotivation andlow productivity of the staff is the result. Some mistakes in realizationare demonstrated on a real situation, and possible measures for minimizationof personnel demotivation are offered.
