Vse my brazhniki zdes'...". The restaurant text.in the Silver Age poetry
The aim of the work is to describe the restaurant text in the poetry of the Silver Age, to reveal its invariant semantic basis, and to determine the different forms of the embodiment of this model. The material of the paper is poetic texts, where the restaurant semantic complex appears (poems by I. Annensky, A. Akhmatova, N. Gumilyov, O. Mandelstam, S. Yesenin, Vyach. Ivanov, A. Blok). The paper focuses on semiotic mechanisms that ensure the integrity and coherence of the restaurant text. The main method is structural-typological analysis. In the theoretical part of the work, the authors, referring to the works of V.N. Toporov, justify the concept of the spatial text as a complex of motives and images. It is shown that this text includes such structures as a binary space built as a ritual space; the general "fund" of motives and images; specific plot situations; modal elements. In the practical part of the work, the authors of the paper prove that the restaurant text, found in the poetry of the Silver Age, can be attributed to such semantic unities. Structural features of this text are the restaurant locus elements, the system of characters, plot situations related to drunkenness, modal elements caused by the author's attitude to the restaurant semi-osphere. The main hypothesis of the paper is an assumption that the restaurant text in Modernism has key parameters for any text: coherence and integrity. The coherence of the restaurant text is conditioned by the common set of motifs, which become certain repetitive plot lines; and its integrity is determined by the category of space, which provides the restaurant text with invariant self-identity. The research has shown that the functioning of the restaurant text depends on the way of the restaurant space conceptualization, which is conditioned by the worldview system of a poetic school. Thus, in Symbolism, "another space" associated with the locus of the restaurant is understood as a space of the spirit, which determines the basic Symbolist plot of the initial transition. In Acmeism, on the contrary, "another space" is conceptualized as a space of death, which leads to an iterative repetition and return plot. These types of plots, in turn, determine the themes of positive and negative metamorphosis (in Acmeist and Symbolist discourses, respectively). Inclusion of metamorphosis in the motive complex of restaurant symbolics makes it possible to reveal the deep archetypal basis of the latter, and to show that the core of the restaurant complex in Symbolism and Acmeism is the semantics of the "sacred kitchen", and the restaurant text itself is its next historical incarnation.
