Политические связи руководителей бюджетных организаций в современной России

Анализируются политические связи руководителей российских вузов и учреждений культуры, относящихся к бюрократам среднего звена. Результаты показывают, что значительная часть руководителей обладает институционализированными связями с политическими партиями и государственными структурами, что противоречит декларируемой аполитичности этих сфер общественной жизни. Полученный результат открывает возможности для изучения влияния политических связей на управление бюджетными организациями. Автор заявляет об отсутствии конфликта интересов.
