But the modern science is different. The modern science represents itself as the unity of all scientific disciplines. It is nonclassical science. This science base itself on the principal of «between». This principal is interdisciplinarity. CRITERIA OF CONCEPTS LEASING IN INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCHES. The paper develops the idea of V.P. Zubov (1926) about a language nature of scientific knowledge. The authors have suggested: a) to add the semantic-cognitive approach with comparative one; b) to find out how semantics of «intradisciplinary» language units of one science (or technology) corresponds to concepts sphere of other science; c) to reveal disciplinary and language structure of «lingvodisciplinary» gaps in sciences; d) to plan system leasing of relevant cognitive concepts knowing this structure; e) to estimate the leasing of concepts by means of purposeful action scheme (V.I. Korogodin, 1991). The authors agree with the diagnosis by S.D. Serebryanyi: it is necessary to enrich Russian scientific and technical terms and social-scholar categories fund. The article is based on the results ofnumerous research dedicated to the gap between the higher education's offer and the labor market's demand. Summarizing the employer's demand, author comes to the conclusion that desired characteristics of the higher educational graduates do unexpectedly include fundamental theoretical knowledge and, in general, are similar to widely discussed transferable skills. Author argues that most of the transferable skills, fundamental training including, are in need of the classical university milieu and that it's alternatives, namely corporate and short term post-graduate training are both, insufficient in relation to the demand of the labor market and harmful to the classical university.
