Political and cultural codes and constructive creativity of contemporary Russian power

The article raises the issues of Russian political culture from the perspective of political constructivism. Political culture is understood as a symbolic textual unity that is constructed by a dominant code. In the article it is concluded that the semantic type of political culture predominates in modern Russia, it is expressed in a symbolic way of being. In this regard the work describes the constructs of modern political thinking of the Russian authorities. Herewith the constructive role belongs to a political leader that is transformed himself into a monologic text.
