Dielectric properties of (SС(NH2)2)0.90/(BaTiO3)0.10and (SС(NH2)2)0.90/(C6H16NBr)0.10ferroelectric composites

The dielectric properties of (SC(NH2)2)0.90/(BaTiO3)0.10and (SС(NH2)2)0.90/(C6H16NBr)0.10composites have been studied in the temperature range covering the phase transitions in thiourea. A decrease in the Curie temperature of thiourea in the (SC(NH2)2)0.90/(BaTiO3)0.10and (SС(NH2)2)0.90/(C6H16NBr)0.10composites was found. Possible mechanisms, leading to a decrease in the temperature of the ferroelectric phase transition, are discussed.
