Deformation processes in materials under radiation exposure
In the paper, the deformation (swelling) processes of materials under radiation exposure, due to the appearance in the crystal lattice of an ensemble of pores, are investigated. A theoretical analysis of pore kinetics andtheir size distribution is carried out, taking into account the drift component of the movement of defects. Based on this, numerical estimates of the swelling value for Ni are made.
