RECIPIENT ZONE FOR HETEROTOPIC OVARIAN AUTOTRANSPANTATION

The article presents the results of research on the most appropriate recipient zone for heterotopic transplantation of the ovary. The need for this operation arises from the desire of patients treated for malignant neoplasmsgonadotoxicity drugs, radiotherapy. After treatment to restore hormonal and reproductive functions is necessary to improve the quality of life. The study included healthy women of childbearing age who are within one month of measured temperature hypothetically optimal anatomical areas for autologous ovarian. Temperature criterion was selected because of its significant influence on oocyte maturation. The results indicate that the optimal recipient area heterotopic ovarian autotransplantation is the groin area, where the temperature of the skin is themost close to the temperature in the abdominal cavity, which is anatomically and physiologically predetermined for oocyte maturation.
