COMPUTERIZED MODELING IN SURGICAL TREATMENT IN DIAGNOSIS AND RECONSTRUCTIVE WRIST SURGERY

Preoperative modeling using the tools of computer visualization program was used in diagnosis process in 61 patients having intra-articular injuries of the wrist. Modeling of main upcoming reconstructive surgery stages through virtual repositioning of bone fragments or virtual corrective osteotomy was performed in 17 cases.
